12-08-10 Heel mooi hotel gelegen in het nieuwe stadcentrum van Cardiff. Het hotel is zeer modern ingericht. De kamers zijn voorzien van een 2 persoonsbed en een ruime slaapbank, welke bij aankomst reeds was opgemaakt. Nette, ruime badkamers.
Het hotel bestaat uit een oud en een nieuw gedeelte, welke mooi in elkaar overlopen, waardoor er een mooie sfeer wordt gecreëerd. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Veel keuze. Zowel Engels,- als continentaal ontbijt mogelijk.

25-06-09 Hotel was brilliant, staff very helpful, breakfsat served until midday and late check out available until 5pm at no extra charge. Room was modern and very spacious, was more like an apartment. 5min walk to city centre, taxi ride to cardiff bay.
Had a fab time in cardiff and would definatly stay here again!

25-06-09 The Novotel was very nice, clean, had a great breakfast with the best fruit salad I've ever had at a hotel, and was located within easy walking distance of the city centre. It was a good value for the money. The only complaint we had was the towels they supplied. They were soft, fluffy, and big, but they left lots and lots of towel fuzz all over you. You had to bush it off for 15 minutes after you dried off, and it flew through the air like you were in an old textile mill.

25-06-09 good value through skoosh. excellent breakfast/brunch 'tll 12:00, gave time to enjoy leisure centre before a late breakfast which set us up for the day. good location, between bay and town.
Crowded rooms of males on saturday night, very noisy early morning.

25-06-09 We were impressed with the layout of the room, and the size of the television!
The mini-bar was really cheap compared to other hotels so we took advantage.
The staff were all very friendly and helped us out where they could.
Breakfast was really nice with many options and worth the £12 they charge for it.
Pool was big enough with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi though it was a little hot in the actual room.
Only downside was the size of the gym, but it had adequate machinery.
Location wise it was perfect, a 15 minute walk from both the bay and the main town.
Would recommend if you want a pleasant stay in a good location.

08-01-08 van 4 tot 6jan in dit Htl verbleven. Ligt op zo'n 10min lopen vanaf 'centraal station'(mits je goed loopt). Bus 2(enkeltje 1pond). Htl vestigd zich in een mooi pand en is van binnen ietwat design. Bij binnenkomst van kamer ben je redelijk verrast. Ruime kamer met sofa/lig bank, uitgebreidde badkamer met losse cabine en bad. Bij dag 2 ontdek je wat minpunten(slecht onderhouden kitranden en vreemde geluiden in het ventilatiekanaal).&De gang is vanuit de kamer goed te horen. Vraag naar een hotelkamer hoger dan verdieping 1, het zwembad bevind zich onder de kamers. Zwembad,ontbijt en uitchecktijd op zondag(17.00) een ruime +! Kinderen tot 12jr verblijven en ontbijten gratis!
