This was the first time I have used the Skoosh website and I will definitely use them again. I got a live person when I had any questions and my reservation was there just as they stated when I called to confirm. The hotel was clean, the beds were wonderful and the location close to the Salem events we wanted. We did however, have our own car, otherwise you are just kind of out there. We got an in house refrigerator at no extra charge. A wonderful hotel and website!!
